Global Take-Back Program
We offer a comprehensive take-back program so you can responsibly process your electronic equipment, regardless of its age or condition.
No Minimum Requirements: Our take-back service is available for all eligible products with no minimum requirements in terms of price or quantity.
Our Service: This program is managed by Franklin Access and our primary recycler. This service is free of charge to the customers.
Legal Compliance: In regions where specific e-waste laws exist, we participate in approved collective schemes to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.

- When you drop off the devices, please include the complete units with the batteries installed.

Product Longevity & Replacement Parts
We believe the most sustainable product is the one that lasts.
Availability: We guarantee that replacement parts and/or technical service support will be available for a minimum of 3 years after production ends for all products.

Selected Treatment of Materials
In accordance with Annex VII of the EU WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU, we provide detailed documentation regarding materials and components that require selective treatment (such as batteries, circuit boards, and mercury-containing components).

Facility Communication: This information is proactively shared with our network of authorized reuse and recycling facilities via Sustainability & Product Stewardship to ensure safe handling.

We confirm that our mobile hotspot products, including the RG3100, do not use any post‑consumer recycled (PCR) plastic or biobased plastic in their components or materials.
